Create an Email Template

An email template is a ready-made email design that you can reuse anytime for campaigns (promotions, announcements, greetings, etc.)..Instead of creating emails again and again, you design once and reuse.

Step-by-Step: How to Create an Email Template in Adflipr

Step 1: Go to Templates

1. Log in to your Adflipr dashboard
2. From the left sidebar, click on Email Campaigns
3. Click Templates and Templates page will appear 

Step 2: Choose Template Type

At the top, you’ll see two tabs:

• Pre-built Templates → that are ready-made designs
• Saved Templates → Templates you already created
• For creating a new one, stay on Pre-built Templates

Step 3: Select a Category 

On the left side, you’ll see the Categories option and select the relevant categories.

You can:

• Select All → see all templates
• Choose a category → to find relevant designs faster

1️) All – This shows all available templates together, with no filtering.Use this if you want to browse everything and explore different styles.

2️) eCommerce – Templates made for online stores. Best for Product launches, Discounts & sales, New arrivals and many but Perfect if you sell physical or digital products online.

3) Sales & Marketing –  Templates focused on promoting offers and increasing conversions. Best for Special promotions, Limited-time offers, Announcement .Use these when your goal is to boost sales or engagement.

4) eBook – Templates designed to promote or deliver eBooks. Best for eBook launches, Free download offers, Educational content promotions and many more. 

5) Business Coach – Templates tailored for coaches and consultants. Best for Coaching program promotions,  Client onboarding and many more but Great for personal branding and professional services.

6️) Online Courses – Templates made for course creators and educators.
Best for Course launches, Enrollment reminders, Student onboarding emails and Lesson announcements but much more helpful if you sell digital training programs.

7️) General – Simple, flexible templates that can be used for any type of message.
Best for Company updates, Newsletters, Announcements and Thank-you emails. These are versatile and easy to customize.

8️) Pet Care – Templates created for pet-related businesses. Best for Grooming promotions Pet product sales, Veterinary reminders, Pet care tips.Perfect for pet stores, groomers, and vets.

9️) Webinar – Templates specifically for webinar promotion and follow-up.Best for Webinar invitations, Reminder emails, Replay emails, Thank-you emails after the event but Great for generating leads and educating your audience.

Step 4: Choose how you want to start by writing the name and clicking on create.

Option 1: Use a Pre-built Template

1. Click on any template you like (e.g., Black Friday, Webinar, Anniversary)
2. The editor will open with that design.

Option 2: To Start from Blank 

1. Click Start from Blank (+icon)
2. A clean editor opens with no design like shown below.

Step 5: Edit the Email Template

Inside the email editor, you can:

• Change text (headings, paragraphs)
• Add or replace images
• Add buttons (CTA like “Buy Now”, “Register”)
• Change colors, fonts, background
• Add sections (text, image, divider, social icons)

Step 6: Personalize the Content

You can add personalization like:

• Recipient’s name
• Email subject customization
• Brand logo

Step 7: Save the Template

1. Click Save (top-right of the editor)
2. Your template is now stored under Saved Templates

While opting the option of saved templates.

Click on the saved templates option and choose the template as per your requirement.

Use Pre-built Email Template

Select the template as per your choice click to preview button.

After previewing your template click to import button In Adflipr, the Import button lets you bring that template into your workspace so you can edit and use it. 

After clicking on the import option pop-up will appear enter the relevant name of your template and click on the create button.

Now you can edit your template as well. Click the save button after completing the template.
