Add/Remove Tag

The Add / Remove Tag feature in adflipr lets you automatically label your contacts while they move through a workflow. Think of tags as smart stickers you attach to contacts to describe who they are, what they did, or where they are in your sales journey.

Example tags:

  • Birthday Customer
  • Interested Sale
  • VIP User
  • Sale Reminder Sent

This feature is used inside a workflow. Once the workflow starts contact reaches that step, you can add or remove tags automatically. No manual work is required in this feature.

 Add Tag

Automatically adds a tag to the contact when they reach this step.

For example- A contact reaches their birthday step. you can add the tag like Birthday Offer Sent. Now you know this person has already received a birthday message or offer.

Remove Tag

Automatically removes an existing tag from the contact.

For Example- A contact previously had the tag like Waiting For Reminder After sending the reminder, you remove this tag. This keeps your contact list clean and accurate.

This feature helps you:
